Ingredients
- 220g flour
- 20g white sugar
- 7g yeast
- 350g water
- 40g vegetable oil
Walnuts Filling:
- 100g walnuts
- 20g brown sugar
- 1 tsp Kanz Rose Water
- 1 tsp Kanz Orange Blossom Water
Instructions
- Mix all batter ingredients together and set aside for the yeast to be activated.
- Heat a pan well.
- Add a spoonful of katayef mix to the pan and let it cook on one side.
- Once the side is golden, remove and cover with a towel.
- Mix all filling ingredients together.
- Fill each katayef with the walnut filling.
- Garnish as desired.
