Ingredients

  • 113g butter, room temperature
  • 160g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 
135g flour
  • 45g cocoa powder
  • 2g salt
  • 10g baking powder
  • 185g milk
  • 1 jar of Kanz Clementine and Thyme

For the crumble

  • 113g butter
  • 120g flour
  • 100g brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter and sugar until smooth.
  2. Add the egg and mix.
  3. Then add the dry ingredients: flour cocoa salt and baking powde.
  4. Add the milk, and once you obtain a batter, add it to the pan and spread the Kanz Clementine Jam on top.
  5. Mix the crumble: flour, brown sugar and butter, and add on top.
  6. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
