Ingredients
- 113g butter, room temperature
- 160g sugar
- 1 egg
- 135g flour
- 45g cocoa powder
- 2g salt
- 10g baking powder
- 185g milk
- 1 jar of Kanz Clementine and Thyme
For the crumble
- 113g butter
- 120g flour
- 100g brown sugar
Instructions
- Mix the butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add the egg and mix.
- Then add the dry ingredients: flour cocoa salt and baking powde.
- Add the milk, and once you obtain a batter, add it to the pan and spread the Kanz Clementine Jam on top.
- Mix the crumble: flour, brown sugar and butter, and add on top.
- Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
