Muhamara Paste

Muhammara (reddened), a mildly spicy red pepper dip with breadcrumbs and walnuts, has it roots in Aleppo, but has conquered the Levant with it exceptional taste. It is a plant-based vegan dip, made with red pepper, crushed walnuts, bread crumbs, cumin, chili flakes, garlic, olive oil and pomegranate molasses. Muhammara is served as an appetizer, dip, and spread on sandwiches or scoop it on top of grilled chicken or fish. It can be enjoyed with flatbread, chips and vegetables.
