Refund Policy
Please note that Perishable items and Discounted items are not eligible for return/exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your claim is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, kindly check your bank account again. Otherwise, contact your credit card company or bank. Please note it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, call us on +961 81 361 304.
If you received a wrong product, please keep your receipt as proof of purchase and share it with us on Whatsapp (+961 81 361 304). Our team will call you to exchange it.
SHIPPING:

You will – in certain cases – be responsible for paying the shipping costs related to the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
