The Maghmour is one of the many variations that the Lebanese culinary heritage has on aubergine. Chef Reem Azoury recreates this heritage recipe for Kanz, using the best locally-sourced flavours of our land. Also available in mini as the Mini Maghmoor Ya Habibi by Chef Reem Azoury. 

This dip is ideal on toast topped with labneh, white cheese, or scooped with soft pita or naan.
