Ingredients

  • 1 kg Chicken Breast
  • 120g Yogurt
  • 5g Garlic, minced
  • 15g Kanz Chili Paste
  • 15g Mustard
  • 8g Kanz Fleur de Sel
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 20g Olive Oil
  • 15g Kanz Zaatar Mixed with Nuts

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast lengthwise.
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken with yogurt, garlic, Kanz chili paste, mustard, Kanz fleur de sel, black pepper, olive oil, and Kanz zaatar mixed with nuts.
  3. Let the chicken marinate for 4 hours or overnight.
