Ingredients
- 1kg flour
- 400g powdered sugar
- 600g butter
- 5g vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 jar of Kanz Apricot Jam
- 200g pitted apricots
- 100g brown sugar for sprinkling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 170°C
- Add the dry ingredients into a bowl (flour and powdered sugar)
- Add the butter, egg, and vanilla and mix until a dough is formed
- Roll the dough on baking paper and spread the Kanz Apricot Jam, then fold the edges
- Add fresh apricots and sprinkle brown sugar on top
- Bake at 170°C for 25 minutes
- Sprinkles sliced almonds
