Pure Rose Water

Pure Rose Water

Legend has it that the Crusaders brought this rose to Europe from the Middle-East in the 13th century. Known as Ward Jouri in Arabic, this rose is a symbol of beauty and love, blooming twice a year. Distillation, an ancient process of extracting liquids, dates back to 3000 B.C., with evidence found in an Indus valley terracotta vessel. Some scholars credit the Persians for inventing distillation for perfume production. Rose water, renowned for its healing properties, has been used in global cuisine. Kanz Rose Water, Mawared, is a pure product made by carefully distilling hand-picked rose petals to capture their intense aroma. It can be used as a substitute for vanilla essence, adding a delightful floral fragrance to various dishes. Rose water is incorporated into both sweet treats like cakes and fruit salads, as well as savory dishes. Additionally, rose water mixed with natural oils serves as a nourishing moisturizer, offering excellent hydration and skincare benefits.
