Ingredients
- 1 pack filo pastry
- 1 jar Kanz Chocolate Praline
- 200 grams unsalted butter
- 100 grams crushed peeled hazelnut
For the custard
- 120g unsalted butter
- 160g fine semolina
- 100g sugar
- 1L full cream milk
Instructions
- For the custard: Place the butter, semolina, sugar, and milk in a large saucepan over medium to high fire. Whisk continuously to avoid the semolina from sticking. Once the custard thickens, remove from heat and set aside.
- Melt the butter and brush the bottom of your pan, layering the filo pastry sheets and adding butter between layers. Spread the Kanz Chocolate Praline, top with crushed hazelnuts and custard. Add the remaining filo sheets, cut them into diagonal shapes, and pour melted butter.
- Bake at 170°C for 30-40 minutes, depending on your oven.
