Ingredients
- 150g romaine lettuce
- 30g green onions
- 80g cucumbers
- 150g tomatoes
- 40g radishes
- 100g green bell pepper
- 30g Lebanese thyme
- 10g mint leaves
For the salad
- 150g romaine lettuce
- 30g sprigs of green onions
- 80g cucumbers
- 150g tomatoes
- 40g radishes
- 100g green bell pepper
- 30g Lebanese thyme
- 10g leaves of mint
For the toasted bread
- 1 flatbread
- 1 tbsp Kanz Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Kanz Zaatar with Nuts
- 1tsp sumac
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- On a piece of flatbread, drizzle olive oil, zaatar, and sumac.
- Roll the bread, then cut into small circles and bake for 5 minutes.
- In the meantime, mix olive oil, sumac, salt, lemon juice, and pomegranate molasses together. Season with salt and a pinch of black pepper.
- Chop the vegetables into medium-sized pieces.
- Add the dressing to the vegetables and mix well.
- Add the toasted bread on top and serve.
