Ingredients

  • 150g romaine lettuce
  • 30g green onions
  • 80g cucumbers
  • 150g tomatoes
  • 40g radishes
  • 100g green bell pepper
  • 30g Lebanese thyme
  • 10g mint leaves

For the salad

  • 150g romaine lettuce
  • 30g sprigs of green onions
  • 80g cucumbers
  • 150g tomatoes
  • 40g radishes
  • 100g green bell pepper
  • 30g Lebanese thyme
  • 10g leaves of mint

For the toasted bread

  • 1 flatbread
  • 1 tbsp Kanz Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Kanz Zaatar with Nuts
  • 1tsp sumac

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. On a piece of flatbread, drizzle olive oil, zaatar, and sumac.
  3. Roll the bread, then cut into small circles and bake for 5 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, mix olive oil, sumac, salt, lemon juice, and pomegranate molasses together. Season with salt and a pinch of black pepper.
  5. Chop the vegetables into medium-sized pieces.
  6. Add the dressing to the vegetables and mix well.
  7. Add the toasted bread on top and serve.
