Ingredients
- flour 282g
- salt 8g
- eggs 90g
- milk 76g
- sugar 25g
- yeast 4g
- butter 115g
- Fetta 200g
- 1 jar of Kanz Fig Jam
Instructions
- Start by mixing the flour and salt
- On the side, heat the milk with the sugar until lukewarm. Remove from heat and add the yeast. Wait until bubbles are formed and add over the flour mix
- Add the eggs and keep mixing until you obtain a homogenous dough
- Start adding the butter cubes until you obtain a shiny dough. Let it rest for 45 minutes and then roll, fill, and let it ferment for another 45 minutes, and bake at 180°C for 45-50 minutes
