Ingredients

  • flour 282g
  • salt 8g
  • eggs 90g
  • milk 76g
  • sugar 25g
  • yeast 4g
  • butter 115g
  • Fetta 200g
  • 1 jar of Kanz Fig Jam

Instructions

  1. Start by mixing the flour and salt
  2. On the side, heat the milk with the sugar until lukewarm. Remove from heat and add the yeast. Wait until bubbles are formed and add over the flour mix
  3. Add the eggs and keep mixing until you obtain a homogenous dough
  4. Start adding the butter cubes until you obtain a shiny dough. Let it rest for 45 minutes and then roll, fill, and let it ferment for another 45 minutes, and bake at 180°C for 45-50 minutes
