Legend has it that the Crusaders brought this rose type to Europe from the Middle-East in the 13th century, and since then, it has been named the Damask Rose, Ward Jouri in Arabic, a symbol of beauty and love, that only blooms twice a year. This rose is the base of our gourmet jam, made from the finest hand-picked rose petals, and cooked uncovered in small batches to conserve their natural aroma. Kanz Rose Petal Jam is 100% natural and contains no artificial coloring and no artificial flavors. Pairs perfectly with oriental sweets, cakes, yoghurts, ice-creams, and milk puddings.
