Cucumbers have been cultivated for at least 3000 years. In Lebanon, it is a very popular vegetable cultivated all year long. Lebanon is renowned for the quality and richness of its cucumber variety, namely the white or snake cucumber. We, at Kanz, use Lebanon’s finest variety, handpicked and preserved the traditional way, which allows the cucumbers to maintain their flavour, freshness, and crunch. They can be served as a side dish or condiment to add contrast and flavour to your meals, also perfect with sandwiches, burgers, kebabs, minced or cold meats, falafel, salads and wraps.
