Chili Jam

Kanz Chili Jam, Mrabba El Harr in Arabic, is a combination of bell peppers and chilies mixed with sugar, ginger, garlic, vinegar and tomato. It is sweet, savoury, thick and chunky. This Sweet Chili Jam is the perfect accompaniment to many savoury dishes and can also be a dipping sauce for vegetables such as cucumbers, celery and carrots. Chili jam is very versatile, and pairs perfectly well with salty treats such as olives, cured meats and strong cheeses, burgers, or simply spread on a toast with melted cheese
